Alan and I attended the Breakfast with Santa in our town - food and games and a Santa photo. Alan got a free game of bowling for the picture he colored (they gave everyone something, even after 2 of the 4 total pictures were winners.) We saw friends and other people I knew. A former neighbor of mine won the big gift basket raffle donated by a local Florist. We do have a very mixed town - we had mom's there in Muslim head gear as well as some Sihks (the ones who wear turbans).

Alan and I were listening to the Naked Brothers Band CD in the car today (we got it at long last). He sings the choruses to some of the songs. I sing along on one song also (Crazy Car).

Went to my SILs and helped bring her old TV back to my MILs. (SIL got a 32 inch LCD/HD TV and my MIL needed to replace one of hers). Felt accomplished after dragging old TV out to curb (and posting to freecycle about it when I got home) and hooking new(er) one up. But 20" TV's are pretty heavy!

Doing some internet searches to help out a newly single friend. Makes me glad I'm NOT single :)

We took him last Easter. He started out enthused about it, but then stopped liking it - I think the noise bothered him.

He was happier that he won a stuffed rabbit from a vending machine than playing.

But he's older now, we'll try again.

(and we had the bumpers to keep the balls out of the gutters, that was helpful)
