I posted this entry in a community over 5 years ago.
Someone responded with a comment (the only one) today!
I think we've solved the problem by now - Alan doesn't roll off the bed anymore!

Date: 2008-10-08 03:25 am (UTC)You know, when I'm thinking of joining a community I look at posts and sometimes the only ones I see are WAY old and I think about replying and then I see the year.

Date: 2008-10-08 05:00 am (UTC)I posted a whiny rant to the wheezyparents group (A community for parents of asthmatic kids) ages ago. It was a typical rant about drs not listening to moms that know what they are talking about and making a kid sicker than he needed to be because they delayed medication that mom told them was needed when the symptoms first came up. In the post I clearly said he was asthmatic and that he was under a doctors care (actually 2, the one that ignored me and the one that eventually treated the much sicker kid until he got better)
YEARS later, someone commented to the post, saying my child had all the symptoms of asthma and I should take him to a doctor right away because he could get really sick! I sat there looking at the post with my head tilted! Um, yeah I knew that!
I guess you don't have to have a license to drive on the internet!
