There's (s)no(w) school today! (an old bit from WBCN's Big Mattress - wish I could find the MP3 of this somewhere). Anyway Alan's home and DH took a vacation day. Wish I could join them, but deadlines insist I work from home.

Wonder how bad it *IS* out now anyway?

There was a good bit of snow by us this morning, but it was almost dry snow, easy to brush off the car and shovel off the walk. By the time our train got to the approach to the tunnel though it had changed to rain and now the city is a slushy mess. I'm supposed to go to a company launch dinner tonight but with these conditions I might just go home and snuggle with David.
