Day 2

 I had started to write an interesting entry about my son'shomework assignment. But I went off to other things and my DH was copying some CD's. The program hung on the last one. I stopped the program, went on the net and suddenly blue screen of death appeared on the PC. Rebooted it, it acted weird, so I grabbed the laptop while the PC rebooted again.

So I'll hold my thoughts till another day as my son had a rough day (bad kid in aftercare wrote a mean note to him) and needs extra cuddles tonight.

Meanwhile it's been rough at work - the lead is out till the 16th due to his wife's death, another colleague is working from home with a daughter with H1N1 flu and work piles up. Sigh.

Awww, poor kid. And I thought it was mostly just the girls who were outright mean to each other, at least psychologically. :( Hope work settles down soon for you!

Sorry about all the stuff going on at work. Here is something to make you smile. I received a nice note back from the "Friends of the Oak Brook Public Library" for my donation. They were forwarding my letter on to the family of the 11 year old girl who had been humiliated by that old geezer of a lawyer to let them know that people were supporting their daughter.
