Peter Graves is dead at age 83.

I feel I've lost a little bit of my childhood. Saturdays at 5 PM were reruns of Mission Impossible on WNEW TV (channel 5). My mother loved the show. Every now and then she'd even be pleased that it was one she'd never seen in color (we got a color TV around 1976.)

I used to watch with my Dad. That was some awesome bonding time.

And I feel like each one of these is just like a tick on my Dad's clock as well.

For us it was Mission Impossible at 5, followed by Star Trek at 6 on channel 11.

It's nice to have someone on friends list who was there also.
