No, I don't like Leslie. I've always disliked the "unisex" nature of it. (In other words, not liking getting mail to Mr. Leslie ...). I liked the name Liane I was given in French class better, probably would chose to use that.

Liane is nice. Leslie is nice, too - but I can see where having it be considered appropriate for both genders would kind of take some of the luster off of it.

Liane is a lovely name - would you consider changing it?

(Incidentally, having a decidedly female name has not kept me from getting a few things addressed to Mr Me over the years. :P)
