Last night I took Alan shopping with me as DH had work to do.
First we went to the dollar store. While we were waiting online, I thought I heard him say mammma but he didn't repeat it :(

He fell asleep in the car on the way to Target our second stop. I managed to get him out of the seat and into the cart where he went back to sleep (I think the shopping cart seat cover I had helped, he was able to rest his head on something padded.) He slept until we went to the toy department and *I* started to play with noisy toys. He took a liking to the Leappad piano I showed him, so I put it in with him and he hit it while I finished shopping. He was a good boy, thought he deserved something :)

I got pj's, a bath toy, diapers, and a clearance onesie for next summer. I started to look at the coats there...but Target didn't have any coats smaller than 2T. For somereason in the sizes between layette (0-9m) and toddler - their selection is limited :(

Then we went home and he got his bedtime bottle and went to sleep. He's good company when I shop, I'm sure it won't last forever though.

I've always found it hard to find clothes for older baby sizes at Target, maybe it's a high-demand range. 2Ts also seem hard to find!
I got two coats for Gabe last year - a parka at Old Navy and the cutest little woolen peacoat at Kids R Us. Fortunately he'll still be in them this winter.
