It's very easy. I like it because the bins come out with no real effort, so Teddy can take a bin (full of small animals for example) to play with.

Very easy and I love it. I did it 3 days post partum to give me somehting to do.

I love it, it's very easy to assemble.

Of course, I modified mine...Gabe had a habit of pulling the bins out and dumping them on the floor, so I used a drill and some cable ties to secure the bins to the framework : )
