Doctors :(

On Tuesday I woke up with a sore throat. By Thursday it was definitely better but I was getting worried. I thought it was Thrush (my mouth looked whitish) or maybe Strep Throat. I went to my doctor's last night (the ob/gyn said go there) and they looked. I had sores but not strep or thrush. So they said to take tylenol and rest (I could have gotten an excuse from work, but I've used enough of them so far this pregnancy, and I hadn't said a word about my throat at work). It seems better today, so whatever it was is healing. I do need to find new doctors post-pregnancy (I don't think they are all that good, even if they have 8-8 walk-in hours every day.)

Now, I'm trying to call my OB/GYN to find out how much slow-FE I should take for anemia (I've been taking just one). I keep getting busy signals. Weird.

I was on SlowFE after I gave birth for *severe* anemia (hemecrit was 7, I nearly needed a transfusion), and I only had to take one. SlowFE really is the best, much nicer on your tummy than other supplements!
