Carter's :)

I noticed Alan kept sticking his foot out of his nice Carter's 3-6 month stretch terry sleeper (the ones that are 2/16.00 at Babies R Us). I asked on my October babies list if anyone else had that problem. (I have a couple of worn, second hand ones without that problem). Someone else did, and the problem was only in the 3-6 month size. I guessed the e-mail for the president of Carter's (their website is terrible) and wrote a friendly e-mail about the problem.

I got an e-mail back from Carter's a few days ago. They discovered the problem and will add an extra snap on the legs of the 3-6 month size. They offered to send me some sleepers also.

Very nice customer service, but they do need a better website - photos of some of their cute stuff would probably help sales as well as an e-mail address.
