Babies' sense of humor
Aug. 26th, 2003 11:58 amLast night I'm playing with Alan in the living room. He had gotten one of those
pull up walking toys and I was trying to teach him to use it. He was sitting in
my lap playing with the front where the toys are when Moxie walked over and was
rubbing his cheek against the handle. For some reason, Alan started to laugh. I
have no idea why he thought it was funny.
I do think Moxie and Alan will be buddies. He always comes over to us when we
are in the living room. When I adopted Moxie from the shelter in 1989 (!) I was
told there was a 2 year old in the house. I doubt Moxie remembers? Or maybe he
does?
On another note, it appears I've found a home for Inky. Not with one of my cat list friends with many cats, but someone with a single older cat. Her cat seems similar to my Moxie, so hopefully it will work out ok. I'll be dropping Inky off next week. I hope she can hang in their in the bathroom until then.
