This is the little red chalet I posted a link to sometime back. We really like it. (the other 3 houses we saw were no good, including a foreclosure that had been mistreated.)

This is the house we looked at in the Poconos. We are highly considering bidding on it next week - there's lots to do: indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, racketball, a gym, paddleboats, playground, skiing, a restaurant - and that's just on the premesis - what do you think? 3 bedrooms 2 baths - downstairs has a kitchen/living room/dinning room, 1 bedroom, screened deck, 1 bathroom and a side room (like a family room). Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and one bath.
PS: Does anyone know anything about wood stoves or septic systems - I think we'll be dealing with those and we never have?
