Well Alan is doing better this Am. He's sneezing but full of energy. And drank his medicine + juice quite well. He hasn't eaten breakfast yet though. I made my traditional xmas breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon and pillsbury cinamon rolls) - only I eat the eggs and bacon though, Mark eats the rolls.

Now Mark and Alan are watching the wacky races dvd (Alan loves that show) and playing with the playskool bulls eye bounce and roll (aka baby skeeball) he got for chanuka from my SIL.

Page 76 of this week's NY magazine has profiles of 8 single people (gay and straight) with their phone #s. I scanned it and sent it to 2 friends (one lesbian, one straight) - with different people highlighted for each person.

Silly us!

(I have the pdf of the article if anyone wants it!)

So what were the favorite and not favorite toys received this season?
Alan loved the Playskool Bounce and Roll ball game (I call Jr. skeeball). Basically everything else he got, or will get is Thomas related. Mark's uncle gave us a few things including a train bank (with some change in it) - but also a very cheap plastic battery train, which I've put away - the track connectors were breaking and the train was a pain to put the battery in as well as getting it to run on the cheap track.
As far as other gifts - Mark didn't like the mug Alan got from his school holiday shop - we have too many mugs. And I still owe Mark a DVD burner (so I can get my PC back). (I bet Mark will like the Todd Rundgren CD I got him on eBay today though!)
