Quick hello...

I fell asleep last night when I wanted to do my review and write some condo stuff. Anyway, did my review (or an attempt at it).

Found out today Alan's former sitter's daughter (the one he goes to before public school) is sick. And the party I thought was next weekend, is this weekend? Anyway with her being sick, it turned out to be a good week to switch sitters.

I feel more energetic lately. Not sure if it's from a change in allergy medicine (taking generic flonase) or being on antibiotics or what, but it's nice. Now to start eating less to loose weight.

And back to work...

Random

Came home tonight - was happy to see Alan.

After dinner we went to Target - I had to return stuff and get 2 birthday presents for the party Saturday (it's on - the sick girl has a urinary tract infection...not great, but not contagious either)

Alan was NO help. Although he was good, his only suggestion for both children was Thomas. I guess he can't quite see other children don't all like Thomas and that gifts are what they want not what you want. (Oddly enough he suggested cars for the other party). So I actually walked out of Target with NOTHING (a record). I suspect I'll wind up with books from B&N as gifts.

A friend of ours in in the hospital in NYC with an appendix blockage. Apparently he was in pain on the way home last night (he works in Brooklyn as a housing inspector - long commute) - ended up going to the police who took him to the hospital. Last update was around 1:30 today - hopefully I'll know more soon. (I tried calling - line was busy).

I'll catch up on some blog stuff tommorrow - condo, work, replying to comments.
