One of those days
Oct. 12th, 2006 03:12 pmSo I go for my 8:30 AM appointment with the psy doctor and was told he doesn't do 8:30 appointments - But I had gotten a confirmation call yesterday. Anyway, rescheduled for 2 PM.
Stopped on the way home to see how much it would cost to fix the loose panels on my car - Saturday I hit one of those concrete stops at the end of a parking space and something caught. Anyway, the body shop said 100 and it could be done in a day (I just want it screwed back on, nothing fancy...no luck with my car).
Dropped laundry off (wash and fold sheets and towels). Then to the cleaners, dropped off more stuff. The chinese counterman said I should get everything (even box storage) on Saturday. Got some work done and did my conference call.
Returned CD's/DVD's to the library (including the video that came that I didn't request) - and the check for the book that somehow got lost after I returned it to the library (25.00). Went to my 2 PM appointment which was all of 10 minutes. Then back home, tossed some laundry in only to discover Alan's Naartjie pants have bleached spots on them - he only wore them once - not sure how they got bleached.
And now the systems I'm working with were taken down for some reason that I don't know.
Guess I'd better write some test cases...I hate doing that, get writers block.
