I went out today while Mark and Alan were napping.
I stopped at Toys R Us to see if I could find any bargains (no luck).
The whole entire first row by the store was full of SUVs and/or minivans. But one pulled out so I could park my little itty bitty Escort :)
It just seem so sterotypical to see ALL the SUVs in a row at the toy store on a day off school. (Yes, we did have bad weather in NJ today.)

I drive an Escort as well. A 1993 white 4-door LX. I love my car. I've had it for 11 years this month.

This is my second Escort

I had one as a college graduation gift from 1984 to 1989 - it ended up with 102k miles and a blown head gasket (lots of trips from MA to NY put on miles).

I've had this one since 1997, its a 1995 2 Door LX in Sunrise Canyon Red (looks pink). 62k miles on it. You'll have an easier time with a car seat in a 4 door, but I had no idea of Mark (or Alan) when I got the car :(

I've got about 4k before I hit 100k miles. I can't wait. I didn't have much of a commute in Salt Lake so my car got babied and I'm probably getting more years out of it because of that.

The only problem I forsee if that it will be hard to have my dog and baby in the car at the same time. I may have to get Chloe a dog-belt for the front seat.
