1. What are some of the things you enjoy most about where you live?
I'm near NYC for the things I have to do (work, visit Grandmother, see a show or a museum), but far enough away to have a surburban life (malls, parks, yards). I'm close to Paramus where every store known to mankind is (except a Fry's) and with easy access to all the major inter/intrastate roads.
2. What's your fondest hope for Alan in the next year? In his life?
In the next year, I want Alan to stay as social and easy going as he is and survive any parental mistakes. In his life, I want him to go to college, get a job he likes and be successful and loved.
3. If you could create your dream job, what would it look like? Hours, activity, structure...?
Well, my dream job would NOT be in NYC. I'd like it close to home (or at home), flexible hours - probably as few as possible, but 9 to 5 would work for me. Activity-something computer related, not necessarilly Q/A. Structure - a friendly boss, friendly peers or perhaps work on my own but with an eye on me so I do work and NOT play all day :(
4. What are some of the things you like most about your DH?
He's financially secure, has a good sense of humor, is musically talented, very social and has a loyal network of friends.
5. When you're looking back, twenty years from now, what do you hope you'll be able to say about yourself during this time?
That Alan, Mark and I all survived his infant and toddler years :)
