5k!

Alan and I after the 5k yesterday in Little Ferry. I walked, he ran. He did it in about 38 minutes, not bad. I took about 48 minutes.

Wow, congrats to you both! Two keeps saying she wants to run a 5K with me, but then cops out on the training part. :-P

We didn't train either!

I knew I could do the walk, pleasantly surprised with Alan's run. He came in second in the 9 and under boys.
