Daily Rambles!

Came home last night and we went out to Charlie Brown’s (NJ steakhouse chain to eat). But then Mark wanted to crash early with Alan in the computer room. So he did. I did get to see the plane in CA on TV (though not live with the landing). I also sorted Alan’s clothes out. I have stuff for donation, stuff to sell, stuff to save for later … and stuff to pass on and yet more stuff.
I forgot to pick up my Xanax XR prescription yesterday. I had trouble falling asleep last night and woke up early. Hopefully Mark or I will get it today. Tonight I have a college fair to do for my alma matter WPI. Ironically, it is at my husband’s alma matter Farleigh Dickenson University. Neither of us likes the school – Mark went there as he could walk to it. The food they give the college reps is pretty good. And I “know” some of the reps from other schools at the end of the alphabet (they are always in alphabetical order). I always bring some candy to get people to stop. I was a bit irked when I received the confirmation letter from the admissions office yesterday – addressed to Mr. Leslie … I know the alumni admissions rep pretty well via e-mail, you’d think they’d know what gender their alumni are!
This morning I dressed Alan in some new 3t stuff – long sleeves/long legs. Having him in new, bigger stuff (as opposed to the almost outgrown 2t T-shirts) made him look more grown up. I just wish he’d carry HIS backpack in the AM and not me. Must try on that. Also must show Mark how to put on training pants. He’s like do them in front of me…I’m like it’s like underwear!!!!
Group meeting at noon. Maybe I’ll actually get news. I think we get lunch at least!

Any good blogs from Texas yet? It's weird that I have a friend named Rita. She's from Argentina, she has nothing against Texas personally.
